We offer No-Question-Asked Returns for customer convenience.

You may request a return even if you simply did not like the product.

1. Return Window

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • The product must be returned after approval and pickup instructions

2. Product Condition Requirements

The item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Not altered in any way

If the product shows signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, or damage, the return may be rejected after inspection.

3. Refund Method

After we receive and verify the returned product, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Charges Deducted From Refund

To cover logistics and handling costs, the following deductions will apply:

Delivery Charges

  • ₹149 minimum delivery charge will be deducted
  • (applies even if the original order had free shipping)

COD Charges (if applicable)

  • ₹50 or 3% of order value (whichever is higher)

Handling Charges

  • 10% of the order value

5. What Refund You Receive

Refund Amount = Order Value – Delivery Charges – COD Charges (if any) – Handling Charges

These deductions apply to all approved returns.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • Product is used or washed
  • Tags are removed
  • Request is raised after the return window
  • Item is damaged by the customer

7. Important Notes

  • Delivery agents cannot accept returns at the doorstep
  • Returns must be requested through support after delivery
  • Refund is processed only after product inspection

You can return the product for any reason within 24 hours.

Refund is issued after inspection, with logistics and handling deductions.
