Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.

Delivery Time

• Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
• Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or operational issues.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Delivery delays caused by courier partners are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds.

Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking link shared after dispatch shared via email and on your order panel.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Availability

• COD is available on select orders.
• A small non-refundable COD convenience fee applies to COD orders.

Payment at Delivery

• The full order amount must be paid before the parcel is handed over.
• Open delivery or partial payment is not permitted.
• Refusal after viewing the product is not allowed.

Important COD Notes

• Delivery partners cannot accept returns or exchanges at the doorstep.
• COD handling charges are non-refundable.
• Refusal of COD orders may affect future COD availability.

Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

An order may be returned to us if:

• Incorrect address is provided
• Customer is unavailable at delivery
• Delivery is refused

In such cases:

• Refund will made as per Return & Refund Policy

• Please ensure your address and contact number are correct while placing the order.
• Delivery partners cannot change the address after shipment.
